Your Family Number — One ID for All Your Family’s School Involvement
Each Newberry Academy family is assigned a unique Family Number. This number links all service hours, event participation, and Parents Council communications to your household. Using it ensures your volunteer hours are correctly recorded.
Why It Matters:
- Helps Parents Council track total volunteer hours per family
- Ensures fair credit for work completed by parents, grandparents, or students
- Simplifies end-of-year billing for unworked hours
How to Find or Request Your Family Number:
- Returning families: Your Family Number can be found in your most recent Parents Council email or on your Parent Portal.
- New families: You’ll receive your number during orientation or by email.
