Junior Leadership
Our Junior Leadership Program, in partnership with the city, provides high school students with structured opportunities to develop leadership skills and civic awareness. Students attend seminars that emphasize leadership theory, civic engagement, and professional growth, learning from guest speakers representing a wide range of academic, governmental, and community-based fields. Participants collaborate with students from local public high schools on community-based projects that address real-world challenges and promote responsible citizenship. Through this program, students strengthen critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills while gaining a deeper understanding of their role as informed and engaged members of the community.
