Logging Your Volunteer Hours Is Quick and Easy!
All families are responsible for recording their own service hours through our website — paper sign-in sheets are no longer used.
To Submit Hours:
Complete the Parent Council Volunteer Hours Form
- Enter your Family Number, Date, Description of Work, and Total Hours.
- Click Submit.
- You’ll receive an automatic confirmation once your hours are logged.
Important Notes:
- Hours must be submitted within 30 days of completing your service.
- Family, grandparents, or students’ hours all count toward the 10-hour requirement.
- If you cannot access the internet, contact the main office for assistance.
