What Is Parents Council?

If your child attends Newberry Academy, you’re already part of the Parents Council. Our mission is to enhance our children’s academic education and the environment in which they learn, while working closely with administrators, faculty, and staff.

Parents Council organizes key events throughout the year — including Steak Suppers, Student Appreciation Day, National Education Week, Teacher Luchoens, and more. These events not only build school spirit but also directly fund improvements around campus.

Your Commitment:

Each family is asked to complete 10 service hours per school year or contribute a $400 Parents Council fee by the end of the school year. These hours may be fulfilled through volunteer jobs or professional services.
