Brittnay Kaminer

Brittnay Kaminer has been a dedicated member of the Newberry Academy faculty since Fall 2020. She earned her undergraduate degree from Newberry College, graduating with a dual major in English and Theatre, where she developed a strong passion for both literature and the performing arts. She later went on to receive her MFA in Creative Writing from Full Sail University, further honing her skills as a writer and storyteller.

In addition to her work in the classroom, Ms. Kaminer is actively involved in the local arts community. She both directs and performs with the Newberry Community Players, bringing her love of theatre to life on stage and sharing that enthusiasm with her students. Her teaching is rooted in creativity, expression, and a belief that every student has a unique voice worth developing.
