Theresa Beevers

Hello, my name is Theresa Beevers, and I teach 3rd grade. My family has been at Newberry Academy since March of 2019.

I received an Associate of Art in Human Services/Public Service emphasis from Midlands Technical College and a Bachelor's of Art in Elementary Education and Psychology from Pensacola Christian College. Also, I pursued a Master's in Personnel Services from Bob Jones University.

My experience working with children has been developed throughout my life, ever since my teenage years. While living in North Carolina, I also enjoyed and was fully involved in teaching and leading Girl Scouts for 20 years.

In my free time, I enjoy working puzzles, traveling (especially to New York), and lounging/playing at the lake with my family and pets. In the near future, I plan to do some writing as well.
